Love is the fairest of all maidens,

 the delight of kings and servants asame,

She is the fire that burns in all mortals,

 the presence that makes us a beautiful light-shines,

It is a mirror,

through which we see ourselves

 in others, and others in ourselves,

Love is the sweet still voice

 that says “humanity is a brotherhood”.
